About

Practitioners first.

TechSynergy.AI was founded on a simple observation: school districts are asked to run enterprise-scale networks with a fraction of the staff, and most outside help has never sat in the seat.

Our founder has spent more than 16 years setting up and running IT infrastructure at Hayward Unified School District, after a career across Bay Area technology companies that now spans more than three decades. That means firsthand experience with the things districts live with every day: tight budgets, summer-only change windows, board approvals, and classrooms that cannot wait.

We bring that experience to districts that need senior engineering without adding a full-time position.
